South Dublin Living History Society will hold its first AGM this June

The purpose of the AGM will be to ratify the constitution and elect administrative committee officers.
Other subjects will be covered, but the main focus is to sort out the basics.
The positions that need to be elected at the meeting are:
  • Chairperson - coordinates everything
  • Treasurer - keeps an eye on the finances
  • Secretary - paperwork and communications
  • Training Officer - Overall responsibility for training
  • Authenticity Officer - Keeping us on track in doing things right
  • Health and Safety Officer - making sure we do things in the best way possible
We may defer election of some of the positions if we cannot adequately fill them on the night - that is for the members to decide
